There was a post in the
automotive forums recently
saying that the Key Cylinder Switches in the driver and passenger doors did not operate
properly (wound not unlock).
Here is some information I gathered from a couple of repair manuals for my own van.
The door locks are controlled by the Body Control Module (BCM). They
will lock or unlock when a few things happen, such as the key cylinder
switch is turned and held in position for more than 1 second in either the driver or passenger door (see schematic
below). |
